Initial Consultation

This is COMPULSORY for all new, first-time clients, to ensure a thorough assessment and understanding of your personal situation. Accounting for your health and injury history, any contributing stress and trauma through your life and generally getting to know you as a human being.
In person: This is a very “hands on approach”. Whilst thoroughly investigating the issue(s) you bring to the assessment with further questioning and discussion, you will receive at least a 75 minute treatment, inc. postural alignment, joint mobility and movement assessment.
Online: via video call, I assess the scar/injury site and together we build the best approach that will work for you in the immediate and long term to care for your injury/scar(s). I will provide you with a healing tracker + videos to follow, as well as guidance on self-care using creams, gels + silicone sheeting.

In Person: Follow-up’s are recommended, as rarely is any treatment a one-time “fix”, but I never insist on this, as it is most important that you believe I am the right person for you to continue the journey. I suggest a follow-up is within a 1-2 weeks of the initial assessment for the most positive outcome.
(Follow-up pricing remains, within 6 months of your initial consultation, or else you will be required to book an initial assessment again.)
Online: It is highly recommended that we check in regularly to monitor progress and make any adjustments to your self-care regime and guidance. I suggest this is every 2-3 weeks until you feel confident that you have all the tools you need to help you for the long term.

The human body heals and adapts considerably from any structural imbalance and associated chronic pain over time, with consistent treatments and movement. There is no one quick fix. I highly encourage you to maximise the benefits of the treatments to embark on a healing journey with 5, weekly treatments and notice the heightened connection with your body, relief of pain and much improved movement.
In person: A package of 5 sessions enables you to become aware and understand your pathology better and to witness significant progress. Along with a personalised rehab program, you will have all the keys needed to assist you on your healing journey.
Online: To enable you the time (set at a pace we both feel appropriate to you your healing) and to help you feel confident that you have all the tools you need to help you for the long term, a 5 session pack is highly recommended and updated video guidance will be provided along the way!
